How often do I refill it?
With one cat, roughly every 4–6 days depending on how much they drink. Keep the level above the minimum mark so the pump always has water.
How do I clean it?
The filter and the parts that touch water come out and rinse under the tap. A full rinse every week or two keeps it fresh; give the pump a quick clean when you change the filter.
Is it noisy?
The pump is designed to run quietly. If it starts humming louder than usual, that’s almost always the water level dropping too low — top it up.
Does it come with a plug?
It has a USB cable, which you plug into any USB wall adapter, power strip or power bank — the kind you already use for a phone.
