Smart Car Cup Cooler & Warmer — 2-in-1, 12V Car + Home Plug

Twenty minutes into the commute your coffee has gone lukewarm, and the drink you grabbed at the gas station is warm before you reach the highway. This holder solves both from the same cup slot: press one button for cold, press it again for hot.

What it actually does

• Cools to 36–45°F (2–7°C) and heats to 131–149°F (55–65°C). The LED screen shows the live temperature, so you are not guessing.
• 36W thermoelectric (Peltier) core with an aviation-grade aluminum inner sleeve. The aluminum touches the can directly rather than chilling the air around it, which is why it works in a car where a mini-fridge would not.
• Runs on both power sources. 12V cigarette-lighter plug for the car, plus a 110–240V US wall adapter for your desk at home or at the office. One unit, two places.
• The cup lifts out of the base so you can wash the sleeve separately and leave the electronics dry.

Fit and size

• The base is 2.75 in (7 cm) — that is the part that drops into your cup holder, and it is the standard size, so it fits most factory holders. The body widens to 4.52 in (11.5 cm) at the rim, which sits above the holder.
• Height 6.49 in (16.5 cm), weight 0.83 lb (378 g). A base ring is included to adjust for how deep your holder is, and the unit sits stably on a flat console or desk.
• The inner sleeve fits standard 12 oz cans and most narrow travel mugs. Cans cool fastest — plastic and glass bottles conduct heat poorly and take noticeably longer.

What it does not do

We would rather tell you now than have you find out after it arrives.

• It does not boil water and it does not make ice. The working range is 36–149°F, not beyond it.
• Do not pour liquid directly into the unit — drinks go in a can or the removable sleeve.
• It is built for 12V passenger cars. Trucks and RVs with a 24V outlet need a separate 24V-to-12V step-down adapter, which is not included.
• Keep the air vents on the base clear while it is running, or it will throttle.

Unopened and unused returns are accepted under our standard store return policy. If the unit arrives damaged or does not power on, email us and we will replace it.
