It is always the same place — the shelf of muscle between the base of the neck and the top of the shoulder. You can dig at it with your own fingers for about forty seconds before your arm gives up. This puts ten soft silicone fingers on it instead, straps over your shoulders, and works while your hands stay on the keyboard.
Two jobs at once
Fingers on the neck, thumbs on the trapezius
The eight upper fingers knead across the back of the neck, spread wide enough to cover the whole cervical span rather than drilling one spot. Underneath, two thumbs lift and press into the trapezius — the muscle that actually holds the tension after eight hours at a desk.
The motion is a rotating knead rather than the percussive hammering of a massage gun. It is closer to being leaned on than being hit.
Not only the neck
It goes wherever you can hold it
Strapped on, it sits over the shoulders and neck. Off the straps, it is a handheld unit you can press against the lower back, the outside of an arm, a calf after a long run, or the front of a thigh.
At 714 g it is light enough to hold in one hand for a few minutes without your arm becoming the thing that hurts.
Two ways to wear it
On in four steps, off in one
Rest it on your shoulders, pull the straps down behind your back, clip the buckle. Pulling the straps is what sets the pressure — tighter for a deeper knead, looser if you just want something running while you read.
One press on the buckle releases it. The straps are PU leather rather than nylon webbing, so they do not saw into your shirt.
Two buttons, that is all
Long press for on, short press for stronger
Long press the left key for power, short press it to step through three intensity levels. The right key switches a red light on and off across two levels. The indicator is white while running, flashing red while charging, steady white when full.
It charges over USB-C, takes about three hours, and runs 70–80 minutes on a full battery. There is a 10-minute auto shut-off on every session — press again if you want another round.

Does it get warm?
There is a red light with two levels, but the manufacturer publishes no heating specification, so we are not going to sell it to you as a heated massager. If a heat function is the thing you want, buy something that states a temperature.
How strong is the strongest setting?
Level three is a firm knead — enough that most people run it over a shirt rather than bare skin. How deep it goes also depends on how tight you pull the straps, which is genuinely the bigger variable. Start on level one.
Is it loud?
It is a motor turning gears next to your ears, so you hear it. Most people describe it as quiet enough for a home office and too noticeable for a quiet meeting. We have not measured a decibel figure and will not quote one.
Can I use it while working?
Yes — that is most of the point of the strap. It runs cordless, so nothing tethers you to a wall, and both hands stay free.
Will it fit a smaller or larger frame?
The straps adjust and cross behind the back, so it fits a wide range of shoulder widths. The unit itself is one size — it is designed to sit across the base of the neck, not to wrap a specific body.
Is it safe to use every day?
The 10-minute timer exists so a session has a natural end. Do not use it over broken skin, bruising, swelling or an injury, and stop if anything hurts. If you have a medical condition affecting your neck, back or circulation, speak to your doctor first — we are a homeware shop, not a clinic.
Can I take it on a plane?
It has a 2000 mAh lithium battery built in, which is well inside airline limits, but built-in batteries belong in carry-on rather than checked luggage. Check your airline’s current rules before you fly.
