No screen, no strap, no monthly fee
A tracker you stop noticing by day two.
A watch on your wrist all night is the reason most people give up on sleep tracking. This is 4 grams of titanium on a finger. There is no screen to light up at 3am, no strap to loosen, and nothing to charge every single night — you check the app in the morning if you feel like it.
The part that costs everyone else money
Every feature works out of the box. There is no subscription and no paywalled screen — the app is free and stays free. The best-known ring in this category charges a monthly fee on top of a $300 device before it shows you a sleep score.
Sleep
What actually happened between 11pm and 7am
The ring records through the night and the app breaks the session into light, deep and REM, with the times you woke up. Over a couple of weeks the useful thing is not any single night — it is seeing that the late coffee, or the 11pm scroll, shows up in the same place every time.
Because there is nothing on your wrist, you actually wear it to bed. That is the whole reason a ring beats a watch for this.
Heart rate & blood oxygen
Trends, not diagnoses
Optical sensors on the inside of the band take heart-rate and blood-oxygen readings around the clock and plot them over days and weeks. Resting heart rate creeping up across a week is the kind of pattern that is invisible without a log.
The ring keeps recording when your phone is not nearby and syncs the backlog once it reconnects. Read it as a fitness signal, not a clinical one — see the note at the bottom of this page.
Daytime
Steps and sessions, without a watch face
Steps count automatically. For a run, a ride or a walk you want logged separately, start a session in the app and review it afterwards.
Rated IP68 and 5ATM, so it stays on through the shower, the washing-up and the pool. A tracker you take off is a tracker with holes in the data.
Titanium alloy
Light, hard to scratch and it does not discolour in the shower. About 4 g — the weight of a plain wedding band.
Three finishes
Black, silver and gold. Same device inside — pick the one that sits best with what you already wear.
No display to charge
The biggest drain on a smartwatch is its screen. There isn’t one here, which is why a charge lasts days rather than overnight.

Getting the size right
A ring cannot be resized after it arrives, so this is the one part worth two minutes. Wrap a thin, non-stretchy piece of string or paper around the finger you plan to wear it on, mark where it overlaps, lay it flat against a ruler in millimetres, and match that number to the circumference column.

Two things worth knowing: fingers are widest in the afternoon and in warm weather, so measure then rather than first thing on a cold morning. And if you land between two sizes, take the larger one — a ring you cannot get off is worse than one that turns slightly.
Two versions
Cable or charging case
Cable Charger — $69.95
The ring plus a USB charging cradle on a cable. Everything the ring does, at the lower price. Best if it lives on a bedside table.
Charging Case — $79.95
The ring plus a closed case that holds a charge, so you can top it up in a bag or on a trip without finding a socket. Also the one to pick if it is a gift — it presents better.
The ring itself is identical in both. Black, silver and gold are the same device in a different finish.

Good to know
Questions people ask
How accurate is it?
Treat the numbers as directional. Optical sensors on a finger are good at spotting patterns — that you slept badly on Tuesday, that your resting heart rate has drifted up this month — and less good at any single precise figure. If you need clinical accuracy, you need a clinical device, and that is true of every consumer wearable at any price.
Which finger should I wear it on?
Index or middle finger of the non-dominant hand gives the steadiest readings, because the sensors need consistent skin contact. A ring that spins freely will produce gaps in the data.
Is there really no subscription?
No subscription. Download the app, pair the ring, and every screen is available. Nothing here is unlocked later for a fee.
Can I wear it in the shower or the pool?
Yes — it is rated IP68 and 5ATM. Avoid hot tubs and saunas: heat is harder on seals and batteries than water is.
What if the size is wrong?
Measure carefully before ordering, because a ring cannot be resized. If it genuinely does not fit, contact us within 30 days with the ring unworn and in its packaging and we will sort out an exchange — but a ring that has been worn cannot be returned.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
It pairs over Bluetooth with the free companion app, available for both. There is no screen on the ring, so the phone is where you read everything.
Important
This is a general wellness and fitness product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and its readings should not be used to make medical decisions. If something about your health concerns you, speak to a doctor rather than to an app.
Shipping & returns
Free shipping on orders $49+ ($5.95 flat below that). This item ships from our overseas supplier and typically takes 10–15 business days to arrive in the US after 1–3 days processing. It is slower than our US-stocked items — please order with that in mind if it is a gift for a particular date.
30-day returns on unworn rings in their original packaging. Email support@lumoraloves.com to start a return or an exchange.
