Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost. We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Delivery times. United States: 3-6 business days after processing. International: 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

International orders. Worldwide shipping available. Any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost packages. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@lumoraloves.com and we'll help track it down.
