Each sign is bent and assembled after you order, because your name doesn't exist in a warehouse. Production takes 3-5 business days, then 7-12 days to your door in the US. Order by December 5 to have it under the tree.

If it arrives wrong, it's on us

Spelling error on our side, damage in transit, or a panel that won't light — send one photo and we replace it free. No return shipping, no argument. Because it's personalized, we can't resell it, so we'd rather just make it right.
