How to personalize
At checkout, choose your number of members and enter each name in order (Name 1, Name 2, Name 3…). We engrave them exactly as written, so please double-check spelling.
Shipping and guarantee
Each puzzle is made to order. Please allow 1–3 days to craft your names, then the delivery estimate shown at checkout. Every order is backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee — if anything isn't right, we'll make it right.
Shipping. Free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and you receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery is 3-6 business days in the United States and 7-10 business days internationally.
Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. Email support@lumoraloves.com with your order number and we will send return instructions - please do not ship anything back before requesting a return.
Damaged on arrival? Ceramic is fragile, so check your parcel on delivery. Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace or refund the piece.
