How long does a charge last?
It depends entirely on how often the sensor triggers and which length you choose. A wardrobe light opened a few times a day goes far longer between charges than one on a busy hallway. Treat it like a device you top up occasionally, not one you install and forget.
Does it stay on if I am standing still?
Motion sensors respond to movement, not presence. If you stand completely still for a while it will switch off — move your hand and it comes back. That is normal for every light of this type.
Will it work in daylight?
These lights are designed for dark and dim spaces, and many models hold off in bright light so the battery is not wasted. If you want light in a sunlit room regardless, this is the wrong product.
How does it mount?
Adhesive metal plate on the surface, then the bar clicks on magnetically. Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol first and give the adhesive an hour before you hang the bar on it.
