How do I empty it?
Open the base and tip the collected hair straight into the bin. Rinse the chamber occasionally and let it dry fully before use.
Will it pull threads on delicate knits?
Use light pressure and short strokes on anything loosely knitted. On cashmere or mohair, test a hidden area first.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. Email support@lumoraloves.com with your order number and we will send return instructions - please do not ship anything back before requesting a return.
Damaged on arrival? Ceramic is fragile, so check your parcel on delivery. Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace or refund the piece.
